We accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided you contact us within 72 hours of delivery with a continuous unboxing video. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Need a different fit? Size Exchange is available within 72 hours post-delivery for a nominal fee of ₹149 per article (which covers reverse pickup and re-shipping).
Why is a continuous unboxing video required?
As an independent streetwear brand creating small-batch drops, recording a continuous video from the sealed parcel without edits protects both you and us. It verifies transit damages or packing errors on the spot, allowing us to send an instant replacement without long disputes!
How do Size Exchanges work? (₹149 fee)
We want you to feel confident and look great in your fit! If the size isn't right, Size Exchange is available within 72 hours post-delivery for a nominal fee of just ₹149 per article (which covers reverse pickup from your doorstep and re-shipping of the new size). Simply DM us on Instagram @mightycute.store or use our Contact Form with your Order ID and preferred size!
How long do refunds take to reflect?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved at our Ahmedabad hub, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days. (If you haven't received it after 15 days, message us and we’ll check with the bank immediately!).
What happens if I miss delivery attempts (NDR)?
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts accompanied by SMS updates and phone calls. Please keep your phone reachable! Orders returned to warehouse due to customer non-responsiveness (Non-Delivery Return) are non-refundable, and re-shipping requires paying the courier fee.
Are sale or bundle items returnable?
Items purchased under limited-time discount drops, tiered bundle promotions, or partial COD are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect. However, Size Exchange is available for eligible items within 72 hours post-delivery for just ₹149 per article (subject to stock availability).
