🔁 Return & Refund Policy

✅ 72-Hour Returns — No Questions Asked (Only for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items)

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 72 hours from delivery to request a return or refund.

We will review your claim only if the unboxing video requirement is fulfilled.

🧸 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • You must provide your order ID or confirmation email

  • Unboxing video from sealed parcel is compulsory

  • Any Applicable Payment Gateway Fees will be borne by the Customer

📸 Unboxing Video – Non-Negotiable

Before anything else:

To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, you must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened, sealed parcel - without any cuts or edits.

This protects you and us. Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

🚫 No Returns or Refunds for These Cases

  • Sizing issues - no returns or refunds for wrong size selection; please check the size chart carefully. Size Exchange is available separately under our Size Exchange policy.

  • Sale, Pre-order, Limited-Time Discount items.

  • Tiered/Bundle/Quantity discounted items.

  • Items used, washed, worn, or without tags.

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders placed on partial COD are not eligible for any refunds.

  • No refunds for NDR (Non-Delivery Return) caused by customer unavailability or non-responsiveness; refer to our Shipping Policy for full NDR terms.

  • No refunds/exchange for quality preference unless there is a manufacturing defect.

📦 Damaged or Wrong Item? Here’s What to Do:

  1. Do not open the parcel without recording a video

  2. Film a continuous, unedited unboxing video

  3. Contact Us with the video + your order ID

  4. After we verify the issue, we’ll offer a refund or replacement - your choice

💸 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are issued only after return approval

  • Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Not received after 15 days? Contact us - we’ll help you out

🔄 Size Exchange Policy

Need a different size? Size Exchange is available within 72 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 72 hours from delivery

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • Original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • ₹149 non-refundable exchange fee applies per article

  • The ₹149 fee covers reverse doorstep pickup and fresh size re-delivery across India

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

How It Works

  1. Submit your exchange request within 72 hours of delivery

  2. Pay the ₹149 exchange fee per article

  3. Doorstep reverse pickup will be arranged

  4. Once the item is received and successfully inspected, the replacement size will be dispatched

Mightycute.store reserves the right to approve or deny an exchange request where the item does not meet the above conditions or where the exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability.

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video or edited/unsealed footage

  • Suspected fraud, repeated claims, or policy abuse

  • Abusive or hostile behavior toward support staff

  • Returned item is used, damaged, or without tags
