āœ… 72-Hour Returns — No Questions Asked (Only for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Items)

If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you have 72 hours from delivery to request a return or refund.
We will review your claim only if the unboxing video requirement is fulfilled.

To qualify for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags

  • Must be returned in original packaging

  • You must provide your order ID or confirmation email

  • Unboxing video from sealed parcel is compulsory

  • Any Applicable Payment Gateway Fees will be borne by the Customer

Before anything else:
To be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, you must record a continuous unboxing video starting from the unopened, sealed parcel - without any cuts or edits.
This protects you and us. Claims without an unboxing video will be automatically rejected.


🚫 No Returns or Refunds for These Cases

  • Sizing issuesĀ - no returns, exchanges, or refunds for wrong size selection; please check theĀ size chartĀ carefully.

  • Sale, Pre‑order, Limited‑Time DiscountĀ items.

  • Tiered/Bundle/QuantityĀ discounted items.

  • ItemsĀ used, washed, worn, orĀ without tags.

  • Orders once shippedĀ cannot be cancelled.

  • Orders placed onĀ partial CODĀ areĀ not eligibleĀ for any refunds.

  • No refundsĀ forĀ NDR (Non‑Delivery Return)Ā caused by customerĀ unavailabilityĀ orĀ non‑responsiveness; refer to ourĀ Shipping PolicyĀ for full NDR terms.

  • No refunds/exchangeĀ forĀ quality preferenceĀ unless there is aĀ manufacturing defect.

  1. Do not open the parcel without recording a video

  2. Film a continuous, unedited unboxing video

  3. Contact Us with the video + your order ID

  4. After we verify the issue, we’ll offer a refund or replacement - your choice

  • Refunds are issued only after return approval

  • Processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

We reserve the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange at our sole discretion in the following cases:

  • No unboxing video or edited/unsealed footage

  • Suspected fraud, repeated claims, or policy abuse

  • Abusive or hostile behavior toward support staff

  • Returned item is used, damaged, or without tags
