Shipping policy

🗓️ Order Processing & Delivery

  • 📦 Dispatch Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM IST, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next business day.

  • 🚀 Delivery Time: Estimated 5–8 days based on location (metros may be faster). Tracking is shared via SMS/Email/WhatsApp once shipped and is visible on the order page.

⚠️ Delays & Force Majeure

  • 🌧️ Delays: Weather, strikes, government restrictions, or courier disruptions may extend delivery times and are not eligible for refunds. Reasonable mitigation and notifications will be provided.

🏠 Address & Contact

  • 📌 Address Accuracy: Provide a complete, accurate address and a reachable phone number. Incorrect/incomplete details or unreachable numbers can lead to NDR/RTS without refund.

💵 COD Orders

  • ✅ COD Confirmation: COD orders ship only after WhatsApp/phone confirmation of intent and address. Unconfirmed COD may be auto‑cancelled after 24–48 hours.

🚚 NDR (Non-Delivery Return) Policy

📦 Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order 3 times to the shipping address provided.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, you will receive WhatsApp updates and phone calls to help complete the delivery.

📵 If You Are Unreachable

  • If you do not respond to delivery calls/messages and remain unavailable during the 3 delivery attempts, the package will be automatically returned to our warehouse.

🚫 No Refund for NDR Orders

  • Orders marked as NDR (Non-Delivery Return) due to customer unavailability or unresponsiveness will not be eligible for refunds of any kind.

  • Re-shipping can only be arranged if the customer agrees to pay the full shipping charges again.

⚠️ Important Note
Please ensure your phone number is reachable and your address is accurate to avoid failed deliveries. Non-responsiveness after multiple attempts will result in loss of order without refund.

Proof of Delivery & Disputes

  • 🔐 Delivery Proof: Courier scan + OTP at delivery serve as proof of delivery. Any discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of the Delivered status update.

🌍 International Shipping (if applicable)

  • 🧾 Duties & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and fees are payable by the recipient. Refusal or non‑payment causing return is treated as NDR and is not refundable.

What If My Order Is Delayed?

If there’s a delay in delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with a revised estimated delivery date. You can also reach out to us, and our customer support team will assist you.
